the camera is the language of our dreams."

Who is Cisco?

After earning a Masters in education and working for a non-profit school in Dallas, Texas, Francisco learned that photos are more than just a social media post; for many folks, capturing their moments and memories are about being seen, heard, and loved.
In 2025, Francisco launched his small business while working for the Park Service to provide families, couples, and students a captured memory because everyone deserves to tell stories and reminisce about the past, present, and exciting future!

Cisco Photography's Logo inspired by Mesoamerican art

Bird of Prey and Deer

Wildlife has fascinated Cisco from an early age a scientific study and cultural mythologies grappling with meaning.

Deer remind us to stay quick on our feet and adapt to changes in our life and work.

Birds of Prey must have sharp, clear vision to see everything clearly and truly just as an experienced photographer does for their clients.

"Still Point" and Cross

Cisco's personal spirituality has its own journey, as inspired by the Cross at the center of the Bird.

The centering point inside the cross is a reference to TS Eliot's Burnt Norton, describing the paradox of reflection that suits photography very well: "At the still point of the turning world...where past and future are gathered

"FHG" + IDAHO

An ohmage to geometric patterns found in indigenous art in central Mexico, Cisco's initials, "FHG" provide a border along with a geometric reimagining of the state of Idaho where he was raised.

Cisco is shaped by cultural landscape he inherited; family of immigrants living in rural Idaho. Living out ancestral knowledge while also foraging his own, cultures from different worlds intersect, fused, and transform in his own life.
